Do You Hear the Voices?

Most of us talk to ourselves, but do you ever hear a voice in your head that you know is not your own? It is that small quiet spirit voice that guides, warns, protects, and inspires you to take action when you otherwise might not have. It is the guardian angel that warns you not to get on the airplane before it crashes. I read your book Voices and it was the first time in a year that I have been able to laugh regarding THEM.  You gave me lots of guidance on dealing with THEM because in my life they sure get pushy.  It is a battle of will with me - THEY have their work cut out for them.  I still don’t believe everything THEY say (like you said THEY can see now and the future like a complete picture).  Because I cant see how to get from here to there right now I question what they are leading me to do.  I didn’t really realize I could ask them for signs, so I have been trying that because lately I have been blocking them out and so I cant hear them (it is avoidance technique for me).  I just had a "sign" on the weekend after asking for one for two weeks - when I got it I asked if that was it and THEY laughed and said something about being smart.  I told them it had to be obvious and I now see THEY even have a sense of humour.
