You are entering a time of your life when you are more interested in learning, exploring, traveling, and/or finding out about other religions, political views, cultures, etc.  You might even want to relocate to somewhere new and interesting.  Most of the time, you are having a wonderful time with these adventurous ideas.  But there will be times when your coworkers, job duties, extended family, local community, transportation needs, and/or attempts to communicate your new views are clashing with your desire to be open-minded and globally aware.  These people and situations might annoy you, but they are not likely to stop you from setting out on some kind of literal or figurative journey.

Old News

From March 29th through June 10th 2014, Uranus and Pluto are battling once again.  These two planets have been in an on and off battle for the last few years.  This is the longest of their battles.  As both planets move backwards and forwards, they move in and out of alignment with each other.  Both are slow moving planets within the zodiac and that is why their connections (negative or positive) usually last for quite a while.  Uranus is in Aries.  Uranus rules over social networking, teamwork, friendships, and group activities.  Aries is the zodiac sign in charge of individuals, “me first”, and the entrepreneurial spirit.  Together, they are innovative, and they are representing the concepts of “we the people”.  Pluto is in Capricorn.  Pluto rules over trust, greed, loyalty, fidelity, profit sharing, and hidden motivations.  Capricorn is the zodiac sign in charge of public reputations, professionalism, hierarchies, aspirations, and climbing the Ladder of Success.  Together, they are representing oligarchies, corporate greed, hidden authoritarians, and the concepts of competition that are out of control, the dark side of “the ends justify the means”.  We have seen “we the people” fight against the greedy, controlling, unscrupulous, and heartless leaders of various corporations, countries, religions, and other institutions.  For Scorpio, Pluto is still in your local communities (neighbors, relatives, clansmen, hometowns, current communities, transportation, routes, traffic), interpersonal communications (writing, speaking, computers, telecommunications, electronics), and commercial activities (buying, selling, negotiating, contracts, agreements, commitments) sector.  And Uranus is still in your daily work, coworkers, to-do lists, chores, productivity levels, tools, time management, physical health, and feeling useful sector.  You and your coworkers are dealing with office gossip, daily commutes, local transportation and shipping, ineffective sales presentations, faulty computers or telecommunication systems, miscommunications, tough contract negotiations, etc slowing down productivity levels and/or causing a lot of stress for everyone in the office.

From April 20th through September 6th, Saturn and Neptune are creating a strong and positive working relationship.  Neptune is intuitive, creative, romantic, passionate, spiritual, artistic, secretive, and in charge of unseen forces working behind the scenes.  Saturn is logical, practical, frugal, professional, hard-working, and in charge of karmic life lessons.  Together, they create a lovely blend between their two specialties and can bring practical forms of spirituality, long-term romantic commitments, and hardworking creativity.  For Scorpio, Saturn is in Scorpio and your “me” sector trying to teach you some valuable life lessons about how you present yourself to others.  And Neptune is in your personal pleasure, lovers, romance, playtime, hobbies, creative talents, pets, children, sports, leisure, luxury, and happiness sector trying to bring a bit of magic into these areas of your life.  As they work together, they encourage you to have fun, enjoy your life, laugh, play, get creative, work on your favorite hobbies, fall in love, rekindle old romances, spend quality time with your pets and children, purchase luxury items, etc.  The idea is to add more happiness and joy into your life, maybe even turn a favorite hobby or pastime into a career if you like.

From May 31st through June 3rd, the sun and Uranus begin working together.  The sun is still in your trust and sharing, intimacy, fidelity, spousal and child support, joint assets, joint ventures, investments, stocks, commissions, royalties, tips and gratuities, inheritances, loans, lotteries, taxes, and other forms of profit sharing sector.  And Uranus is still in your daily work, coworkers, to-do lists, chores, productivity levels, tools, time management, physical health, and feeling useful sector.  Like before when Mercury and Venus passed through here, you are able to get a lot of work done while earning bigger commission checks, bonus checks, better tips, or a bigger share of the profits.  This is a great time for you and your coworkers to focus on achieving your financial and professional goals.  Since Uranus also rules over the Internet, teamwork, and networking, you could find these are helpful tools at your disposal.

New Developments

From June 1st through the 6th, Mercury has entered your long distance travel, languages, foreigners, relocations, tourism, cultures, politics, laws, religions, mass media, universities, and global awareness sector and is getting along wonderfully with both Saturn and Neptune.  This creates a three-way blending of energies between your travel, laws, and knowledge sector, your “me” sector, and your romance, playtime, luxuries, and happiness sector.  Together, these three planets are encouraging you to travel with loved ones, explore other cultures, take fascinating college classes, fall in love with people who were raised in cultures quite different from your own, learn exotic new hobbies, open your mind to other people’s points of view, and find ways to have fun while broadening your horizons.

From June 3rd through the 11th, Mars finally takes his turn clashing with Neptune the way that Jupiter, Mercury, Venus, and the sun already have.  Mars is in your trust and sharing, intimacy, fidelity, spousal and child support, joint assets, joint ventures, investments, stocks, commissions, royalties, tips and gratuities, inheritances, loans, lotteries, taxes, and other forms of profit sharing sector and Neptune is in your personal pleasure, lovers, romance, playtime, hobbies, creative talents, pets, children, sports, leisure, luxury, and happiness sector.  This is the last time that you will have to deal with financial or romantic issues involving children, pets, lovers, hobbies, vacations, luxury purchases, etc.  With Neptune involved, you could see lies, secrets, deception, gullibility, or hidden forces are at work here.  You will need to be especially careful when accusing someone of cheating.  Neptune creates a situation, where you could be imagining things that are not necessarily reality based, or your lover could be unfaithful and successfully keeping you in the dark about it.  Jupiter could exaggerate things in either direction.

From June 4th through the 10th, Venus joins Mercury in the positive dynamic involving Saturn and Neptune.  Venus adds wealth, diplomacy, romance, beauty, and/or persuasion to the situation.  Together, they create a wonderful opportunity to fall in love with foreigners, travel with loved ones, sign up to take fascinating college classes, adopt exotic pets, learn about other cultures, etc.

From June 5th through the 10th, Mercury adds to the negativity between Pluto and Uranus.  Mercury is in your long distance travel, languages, foreigners, relocations, tourism, cultures, politics, laws, religions, mass media, universities, and global awareness sector.  Pluto is still in your local communities (neighbors, relatives, clansmen, hometowns, current communities, transportation, routes, traffic), interpersonal communications (writing, speaking, computers, telecommunications, electronics), and commercial activities (buying, selling, negotiating, contracts, agreements, commitments) sector.  And Uranus is still in your daily work, coworkers, to-do lists, chores, productivity levels, tools, time management, physical health, and feeling useful sector.  With all three planets clashing, you and your coworkers are dealing with office gossip, daily commutes, local transportation and shipping, ineffective sales presentations, faulty computers or telecommunication systems, miscommunications, tough contract negotiations, etc. slowing down productivity levels and/or causing a lot of stress for everyone in the office.  All forms of travel, education, communications, politics, laws, and philosophies are challenged at this time.  This is the beginning of another repeating pattern.  The sun, Venus, Mars, and Jupiter will all take turns passing through here and re-igniting this drama during the time that Uranus and Pluto are in their big battle.

June 8th hosts a new moon in your eighth house of trust and sharing, intimacy, fidelity, loyalty, joint finances, joint ventures, investments, stocks, commissions, royalties, tips/gratuities, spousal and child support, inheritances, insurances, taxes, and other forms of profit sharing.  New moons are for fresh starts, launchings, conceptions, births, and other new beginnings.  You can start new romantic relationships, agree to begin seeing each other exclusively, get engaged, and maybe even get married.  This is also a good time for starting jobs that pay commissions, royalties, stock options, tips/gratuities, or other forms of profit sharing.  You can also launch various types of investments, sign up for new insurance companies, take out new loans, begin receiving a pension, trust fund money, or inheritance, etc.  This is a good time for fresh starts and new projects involving your love life and various financial activities.

From June 9th through the 14th, Venus steps into the same spot where Mercury was while clashing with both Pluto and Uranus.  Once again, you could find that legal, political, cultural, philosophical, and/or academic issues are causing problems at work.  You are also dealing with office gossip, ineffective sales pitches, misunderstandings, and/or travel, communications, and/or shipping problems adding to your professional challenges.

From June 14th through the 19th, Mars and Uranus are getting along quite nicely.  Mars is still in your joint ventures, investments, stocks, commissions, royalties, tips and gratuities, taxes, and other forms of profit sharing sector and Uranus is still in your work, tools, and coworkers sector.  Together, they are promoting your professional and financial goals, especially those involving commissions, royalties, stock options, tips and gratuities, and other forms of profit sharing.

From June 22nd through the 29th, the sun takes his turn stepping into the spot where Mercury and Venus were when they were creating a positive three-way connection with Neptune and Saturn.  Once again, your travel, laws, and knowledge sector, your “me” sector, and your romance, playtime, luxuries, and happiness sector are blending together in a smart, enthusiastic, and intuitive manner.  Together, these planets are encouraging you to travel and/or to embark on academic, political, cultural, religious, media, and/or philosophical journeys.  The idea is for you to have fun, fall in love, learn new hobbies, get creative, follow your bliss, etc. while also exploring new ideas and broadening your awareness.

June 23rd hosts a full moon in your third house of interpersonal communications, local community, and commercial activities.  This is the area of the zodiac that governs how you get along with people in your local community, how you voice your opinions, does your word and a handshake mean anything, and how to go about getting your message and/or goods and services shuttled around.  Therefore, cars, local transportation, computers, telephones, email, hometowns, extended family, cousins, siblings, neighbors, community involvement, buying, selling, bartering, negotiations, written and spoken communications, singing, commitments, contracts, and agreements all fall into this area.  Full moons are for grand finales, “ta-da!” moments, closure, endings, etc.  There is nothing negatively affecting this grand finale in your communications, commerce, and community sector, so you can enjoy it however you like.  You could finalize contract negotiations, finally buy a car after a long drawn out process, end a dysfunctional family dynamic, say goodbye to an old neighborhood, etc.  Any ending or grand finale involving these third house topics are encouraged at this time.  This full moon is also positively tied to the strong dynamic mentioned in the previous paragraph.  This means that your “me”, “happiness”, and “exploration” sectors are all helping to make this a lovely grand finale.

On June 26th, Jupiter moves into Cancer and your travel, laws, and knowledge sector.  As mentioned in the 2013 Overview, in Cancer, Jupiter becomes far more nurturing.  Cancer is the sign of the home, childhood, mothers, safety, security, a comfortable retirement, and what kind of private life we prefer.  Jupiter brings knowledge, global awareness, and expansion to these topics.  Globally, we are more likely to want to make sure that the world’s children are fed, the poor are sheltered, the sick are healed, etc.  However, Cancer is not a gullible zodiac sign that can be easily tricked into caring for the manipulative, dysfunctional, or lazy.  Cancer is the classic Mother Hen always looking out for her loved ones but also shrewd, intuitive, and not at all afraid to call us out when we are getting out of line.  It is the Mother Hen who not only loves us enough to tell us the truth about ourselves when we are being jerks, but also the same one who will roll up her sleeves and get to work helping us when we are in our time of need.  Jupiter’s time in Cancer could help us globally to become kinder and more caring towards each other, but we will be expected to maintain a realistic and practical outlook while doing so.  For Scorpio, Jupiter will be in your ninth house of long distance travel, languages, foreigners, relocations, tourism, cultures, politics, laws, religions, mass media, universities, and global awareness.  Jupiter rules over this area of the zodiac, so he is like a king in his own country, more powerful than anywhere else.  These are Jupiter’s favorite topics and the ones that he has the easiest time supporting.  You could find yourself hungry for adventure, dreaming of exotic vacations, wanting to relocate to another city or even another country.  You could decide that you want to explore the world from the comfort and safety of your own home and could sign up for online university classes, check out plenty of library books, and use other forms of media to help you fill your mind with all kinds of interesting new information.  You could find that people associated with these topics become more plentiful in your life, like meeting more foreigners, lawyers, tourists, preachers, professors, publishers, judges, travel agents, broadcasters, etc.  You might also find that you are participating in more political, religious, and multicultural activities.  This should be a fun and exciting time for you.  However, when other planets clash with Jupiter as he passes through this area of your chart, he can cause exaggerations, a know-it-all mentality, over-zealousness, and/or expansions of whatever negativity is occurring.  Since legal matters are part of this area of the chart, Jupiter could bring you more lawsuits and legal issues to deal with.  Since Jupiter rules over this area, he should be able to apply his good luck on your behalf, but you still need to be cautious and do not become overly confident about your chances of always winning.  Mostly, Jupiter will be doing his best to help you have fun, explore, and broaden your horizons.

From June 28th through July 5th, the sun is opposing Pluto.  The sun is in your long distance travel, languages, foreigners, relocations, tourism, cultures, politics, laws, religions, mass media, universities, and global awareness sector and Pluto is still in your communities, communications, commitments, and commerce sector.  When these two areas clash, we see all forms of transportation, communications, education, and cultural philosophies clashing.  Debates about staying local versus relocating to another city and arguments involving politics, religions, academics, cultures, cultural differences, etc. are also possible.

From June 29th through July 3rd, Venus is clashing with Saturn.  Venus has moved into your professional goals and aspirations, leadership, public reputation, and climbing the Ladder of Success sector and Saturn is still in Scorpio and your “me” sector.  You are upset about your boss, father, an authority figure in your life, your reputation, professional path, or your overall lack of success.  It is also possible that your boss or an authority figure is being hard on you, telling you that you are not professional enough, serious, enough, responsible enough, dependable enough, etc.  Either way, it is a short-term dynamic, and you are encouraged to NOT saying or do anything that you will regret later.
