Synopsis:

Your career, finances, and home life are going great this month.  If you can combine the three by working from home, working in a home-based industry, or making home-improvements that add to the value of your home, then that is even better.  You could also find it is an easy time for bringing more romance and date nights into your private life as well.  Your partner is a bit ticked off about something or someone in your home life and later they are not too pleased with you, but overall things seem to be going quite well.

Old News

From November 16th through March 23rd, Saturn and Neptune are joining forces on your behalf.  Saturn is still in Libra and your “me” sector trying to teach you life lessons about your outer image, presentation, self-identity, etc.  And Neptune is still in your personal pleasure, romance, playtime, creativity, luxuries, and happiness sector trying to help you to experience a bit of “magic” in these areas of your life.  In early February, Neptune will relocate to your daily work, coworkers, to-do lists, chores, productivity, physical fitness, and feeling useful sector.  Together, Saturn and Neptune combine logic and intuition, practicality and spirituality, critical analysis and compassion in a lovely manner.  To begin with, this is a wonderful time for you to literally and figuratively “follow your bliss”.  You are not meant to blindly and self-destructively wander from one hedonistic adventure to the next, but to logically and systematically find a way to make “happiness” into a logical and important goal worth achieving.  Schedule playtime into your calendar, turn a favorite hobby or pastime into a business, and/or give yourself permission to fall in love or to spend more time laughing and playing with your children.  It is not important WHAT you decide brings you joy, but that you make it a priority and begin walking down a path that provides you opportunities to enjoy your life.  Later, after Neptune moves into his new location, Saturn and Neptune are helping you to focus on your professional goals, how to put your best foot forward, how to earn the respect of your peers, and how to achieve your health, productivity, and professional goals.  Neptune wants you to do these things with a spiritual and compassionate attitude.  Saturn helps you to come across as professional while also living in harmony with your emotional, spiritual, and/or intuitive needs.

From December 11th through February 6th, Jupiter and Saturn are opposing each other.  Jupiter has been traveling backwards through your trust and sharing, intimacy, fidelity, loyalty, joint finances, joint ventures, investments, stock options, commissions, royalties, tips/gratuities, taxes, child support, alimony, inheritances, and other forms of profit sharing sector.  He is extremely close to the borderline as if he is going to move back into your partnerships sector, but he will remain in your trust and sharing sector.  Saturn is in Libra and your “me” sector.  He has moved very close to the edge as if he is about to enter your personal wealth sector, but he will remain in your “me” sector.  The opposition is between “you” and your “trust, fidelity, and profits”.  Romantic or financial issues can arise.  Jupiter encourages you to dive in and take risks with your heart and with your financial dealings.  However, Saturn causes you to be more frugal, depressed, bitter, and/or conservative than what Jupiter thinks you should be.  This opposition is probably a good thing.  It is helping you to stop and make smart decisions rather than just diving into every get rich quick scheme or every romantic opportunity that comes along.  You could be experiencing trust issues concerning the people or situations surrounding these romantic or financial “opportunities” and it might be a good thing to thoroughly investigate those trust issues.  Make sure that things really are as good as they seem.  If so, then great!  If not, then you saved yourself a lot of unnecessary stress.

From January 29th through February 3rd, Venus is opposing Mars.  Venus is in your daily work, coworkers, to-do lists, chores, productivity levels, physical fitness, and feeling useful sector.  Mars is in your emotional, spiritual, paranormal, bureaucratic, and secrets sector.  When these two areas clash, we usually see a battle between logic and intuition, between spirituality and practicality, between bureaucracy and productivity, or between mental health and physical health.  It is easy to feel overworked and stressed out.  Do what you can to try to create balance between the opposing forces and be glad that it is a short-term dynamic.

New Developments

February 3rd Neptune enters Pisces and your sixth house.  He will stay here until 2025.  In Pisces, Neptune is literally at home.  Neptune rules over Pisces and the concepts of mental health, attitudes, addictions, self-destruction, dishonesty, gullibility, emotional well-being, inner peace, intuition, secrets, spiritual mysteries, paranormal activities, charities, hospitals, prisons, corporations, bureaucracies, and other hidden forces that work behind the scenes.  Neptune will be stronger here than he has been in a very long time.  He will do his best to bring out the loving, compassionate, peaceful, charitable, and magical elements of Pisces.  However, there will be times when other planets are clashing with Neptune and he will instead bring deceit, delusion, and bureaucratic red tape into our lives.  For Libra, Neptune will be in your sixth house of daily work, coworkers, productivity, physical health, and feeling useful.  Professionally, Neptune encourages you to work in industries that are spiritual, compassionate, and that are focused on serving others rather than on your own ego’s desires.  If you choose a professional path based on your own personal aspirations, then you could find mysterious roadblocks, head games, deceptions, secret enemies, etc are keeping you from advancing.  Careers based on helping others will be mostly protected from these types of events.  Physically, you could be persuaded to try unusual diets, fitness schemes, etc based on trying to eliminate something from your diet or in an attempt to follow a spiritual path.  You need to be careful and make sure that you are not being gullible and allowing people to convince you to live an unhealthy lifestyle even if it is for what you think is a noble cause.  You also need to be very careful to avoid drug and alcohol related illnesses and various types of poisoning and infections.  I am not saying that you will be sickly, only that it is much easier than normal to fall prey to unseen contaminants and to unknowingly harm your health despite good intentions.

February 7th hosts a full moon in your friends, teams, clubs, committees, professional associations, group activities, networking, and Internet sector.  Full moons are for grand finales, endings, closure, and “ta-da!” moments.  There is nothing negatively affecting this one, so you should be able to accomplish, finalize, and/or complete any team, committee, club, group, and/or Internet-oriented goals or projects you might be working on.  This is also a good time for quitting these same groups if they are no longer serving your best interests or if the purpose of the group has ended.  For example, your bowling team could end its tournament, so you are not really quitting even though your time together has come to a natural end, for now.  Or you could stop using an Internet Service Provider because they are not very reliable, ethical, economical, etc.  It is also possible that you could end a dysfunctional friendship.  However, since there is nothing negatively affecting this ending in your social life, it is only likely to be the end of a friendship if it is an ending that you have actually been looking forward to, like if you have been waiting for an excuse to dump this friend, but one hadn’t shown up until now.  Mercury is helping to add intelligence, business savvy, commitments, and/or communications to this positive ending in your social life.

From February 7th through the 11th, Venus is traveling with Uranus.  These two planets love to have fun and get quirky together.  They can create love at first sight, creative genius, delightful flirting, and wonderful charm.  For you, they are in your marriage, best friends, business partnerships, rivals, enemies, and competitors (think yin-yang) sector.  Together, they can bring more charm, sex appeal, friendly compassion, and delightful social skills into your partnerships.  You could also find your rivals are suddenly ready to stop treating each other badly.  Friendly competitions could be quite entertaining, like when best friends jokingly compete over silly things.

From February 11th through the 14th, Mercury is traveling with Neptune.  As mentioned before, Neptune has recently changed locations and is still working well with Saturn.  Mercury and Neptune are creating positive emotional, spiritual, paranormal, intuitive, charitable, and/or bureaucratic energy for you to work with professionally.  Saturn is still in Libra and your “me” sector.  This is a good time for you to find creative solutions to bureaucratic issues that might be slowing down productivity levels at work.  It is also a good time for sympathetically listening to your coworkers and for working together to find creative solutions to various work related challenges.  You are able to take a leadership role in these professional matters.

From February 13th through the 17th, Venus and Pluto are not getting along very well.  Venus is in your marriage, best friends, business partnerships, rivals, enemies, and competitors sector.  Pluto is in your real estate, housing matters, roommates, parents, childhood issues, safety and security, retirement circumstances, and coming home sector.  Your partner (or a rival) is upset about someone or something in your private life.  Your parents and your spouse could be arguing.  Your best friend might not be getting along with your roommates.  A business partner could think that you are spending too much time focusing on your private life and not enough time on the business.  An ex-husband or ex-wife could be trying to screw up your happy home life.  A professional competitor could be trying to use your love of home and family against you in order to win a key assignment or leadership opportunity away from you.  Most of the time, when these two areas clash, we see a spouse is ticked off about chores, houseguests, roommates, landscaping or home-improvement projects, or a mortgage or lease dispute.  Venus and Pluto rule over all forms of wealth and seduction, so this could be a financial battle or an inability to get your roommate or parent to change his or her mind.  Your partner (or competitor) is trying to be diplomatic and fair, but they are up against a pretty strong adversary or situation.

From February 15th through the 16th, Mercury and Jupiter are creating a bit of good luck, business savvy, and fun.  Mercury is still in your work sector.  Jupiter is still in your commissions, bonus checks, tips and gratuities, royalties, and profit sharing sector.  Together, they help you to get a lot accomplished while also improving your financial situation.

From February 15th through the 21st, the sun steps into the same location where Mercury used to be when he was helping Neptune and Saturn.  Once again, you and your coworkers are given another chance to work through bureaucratic issues.  And to come up with creative ideas and solutions to daily work related challenges.

From February 16th through April 1st, Jupiter and Pluto are working together in a strong and powerful manner.  These are two of the Titans of the Zodiac.  When they fight, it is awful and when they cooperate with one another, we are all blessed.  Pluto rules over trust and sharing; this includes fidelity and various forms of profit sharing.  Jupiter rules over knowledge, luck, and global awareness among other things.  Pluto is in professional, responsible, and civic-minded Capricorn.  Jupiter is in frugal, cautious, and reliable Taurus.  They were part of the big ugly planetary mess back in 2009 and 2010 that made it so hard for us to deal with political, cultural, economic, social, corporate, and governmental challenges.  Four of the five big planets were involved.  These are the first two to begin playing nice together.  Globally, we should see strong, smart, cautious economic growth finally begin to take hold.  Politically and culturally, people could feel a bit conservative and cautious.  That does not necessarily mean they will vote for their country’s “conservative party” but that they will be very mindful of who really does have our long-term financial and economic security in mind.  We will not want our leaders making foolish or risky choices.  We will look towards companies, governments, and other employers to pay an honest wage for an honest day’s work.  That might seem like a no-brainer, but it has been missing from our political leaders for too long.  For Libra, your home, roommates, and parents sector is getting along quite nicely with your fidelity, investments, joint finances, and inheritance sector.  It is a good time to be focusing on your long-term romantic, financial, retirement, and residential security.  Go through your taxes, investments, mortgage, debts, estate and retirement planning, etc.  You could find some smart and profitable ways to stabilize your portfolio.  And this is definitely a good time for bringing more love and romance into your home life.

From February 17th through the 18th, Mercury is also working with Pluto.  Mercury rules negotiations, intelligence, bargaining, commerce, and contracts.  He is in the area of your chart that governs daily work and productivity levels.  Together, Mercury and Pluto help you to telecommute, get things done around the house, work in a home-based business, or excel in a home-oriented industry (furniture, appliances, hospice care, maid service, landscaping, etc).  This is a smart and savvy business energy.

February 21st hosts a new moon in your daily work, coworkers, to-do lists, chores, productivity levels, physical fitness, and feeling useful sector.  New moons are for beginnings, conceptions, fresh starts, launchings, etc.  This new beginning in your life is tied up in the positive energies between Neptune and Saturn.  New moons in the work and fitness sector promote new employees, tools and equipment, organizational plans, and taking on new jobs, tasks, duties, etc.  You could also use this time to launch a new doctor-approved fitness goal.  With Saturn’s involvement, you can expect long-term positive results from this new fitness or work related goals, activity, job, or project.

From February 21st through the 24th, Mercury is opposing Mars.  Mercury is still in your physical health, work, and productivity sector.  Mars is still in your mental health, spirituality, and bureaucracies sector.  When these two sectors clash, we usually see oppositions involving mental health versus physical health, bureaucracy versus productivity, intuition versus logic, spirituality versus practicality.  With Mercury and Mars involved, this is a smart and passionate debate.

From February 23rd through the 26th, the sun takes his turn working with Jupiter the same way that Venus and Mercury already have.  Once again, you are able to get a lot of work done while earning bigger commission checks, bonus checks, better tips, or a bigger share of the profits.

From February 26th through the 29th, the sun shifts focus and begins working with Pluto to blend your home and work sectors together quite nicely.  This gives you another opportunity to work on your home, from your home, or in a home-related industry.  Your home, profits, and work sectors are all flowing together quite nicely.

From February 29th through March 5th, the sun opposes Mars the same way that Venus and Mercury did.  Once again, you are dealing with mental health versus physical health, bureaucracy versus productivity, intuition versus logic, spirituality versus practicality debates.

From February 29th through March 6th, Venus is opposing Saturn.  Venus is in your partnerships and rivalries sector.  Saturn is in Libra and your “me” sector.  You and a spouse, best friend, business partner, competitor, rival, or enemy (think yin-yang) are not seeing eye-to-eye.  Venus has your partner (or rival) trying to be diplomatic and fair, but you are being stubborn, depressed, pessimistic, or overly controlling.  Try to be open-minded and at least willing to hear what they have to say.
