Her Sun Sign is in Libra and his is in Capricorn:  (Sun signs represent our basic core personality.)  In general, I think these two sun signs work well together.  Libra women like to be pampered, spoiled, and surrounded by beauty and luxury.  Capricorn men like to provide such things and to surrounded by classics, quality, and status symbols.  The thing with Capricorns is that they need to EARN their lovely things.  Libras on the other hand, can be given the same items as GIFTS and not feel any sense of uneasiness.  Both are generous and will give gifts, Capricorn just feels that they must earn their gifts, even if it is by being a best friend.  These two share a common inner need to be surrounded by the finer things in life.  For her, it is because ugliness literally makes her ill and can make her depressed and emotionally off balance.  (Ugliness includes more than just visual beauty.  She hates crudeness, hatred, and other uglier emotions too.)  He just hates the ugliness of life because it means that there is so much unfinished business left to be attended to.  

Her Moon is in Aquarius and his is in Pisces:  (Moon signs represent our emotional needs.)  She is colder and more aloof than he is.  Not because she does not care or is mean, but because she just intellectualizes her emotions.  A Pisces moon on the other hand is probably the most emotional and sensitive of all moon placements.  Capricorns are often accused of being cold and unemotional, but this man is very sensitive.  Her Aquarius/Libra combination makes her a very social and extroverted type of personality even though technically secretly she is analyzing her emotions and not really a slave to them.  (The suicide attempt is seen as a logical option out of a difficult situation.  This is difficult for others to grasp.)  He feels very deeply and passionately.  The Capricorn within him is very logical and practical, but he is still very emotional.

Her Mercury is in Virgo and his is in Aquarius:  (Mercury represents our thought processes, communications styles, and ability to negotiate.)  This is a nice bit of yin-yang'ish energy for this couple.  Virgo is very grounded, down-to-earth, and practical like Capricorn.  Aquarius Mercury is analytical and social like her Libra/Aquarius elements.  These are both smart, logical Mercurys.  Both can be quite talkative and can have a nervous restless energy about them.  Virgo Mercury is very detail oriented and likes to be quite organized.  Aquarius Mercury is very team oriented and likes to think outside the box.  These two people do not think alike, but they do understand each other and a part of them can relate to the way the other one is.  They are both good conversationalists.

Her Venus is in Virgo and his is in Capricorn:  (Venus represents who we love, what we love, and how we express love.)  Virgo and Capricorn get a bad reputation for NOT being sexy Venus placements.  Both will show their love by rolling up their sleeve and helping you work on a project.  They both love to work, but for different reasons.  Virgo Venus likes to work because she wants to feel useful and like her life has purpose.  Capricorn Venus likes to work because he enjoys the "game" of climbing the Ladder of Success.  Neither is going to be a drippy public displayer of affection.  Again, this couple understands each other even if they are not exactly alike.

Her Mars is in Gemini and his is in Capricorn:  (Mars represents our sex drive, warrior spirit, attitude towards work, and basic get-up-and-go.)  This could be a problem.  He is a very earth loyal dependable lover.  She is a fickle, fun, and flirty lover.  She is more likely to cheat then he is.  She could hurt him quite deeply if she did because of his Pisces Moon.  Libra prefers commitment, Virgo within her sees commitment as logical, but the Aquarius and Gemini in her do NOT need commitments.  This is part of her own internal battle.  He is more heavily weighted towards being a faithful one-on-one type person than she is.  He will not have as much trouble staying true to just one lover.

Her Jupiter is in Scorpio and his is in Aquarius:  (Jupiter represents what makes us happy, where our good luck lies, and where our personal blessings are.)  His good luck comes from being a team player, extroverted, great at networking, and being able to think outside of the box.  Group activities and friends are not only a great source of fun for him but also a great source of business opportunities.  Her good luck comes from sexuality, finding hidden resources, and joint financial endeavors.  Her money is best when it's a profit sharing set up.  These elements add to why this couple makes a good team as business partners.  It does not clash with any romantic commitments they might want to make either.

Her Saturn is in Sagittarius and his is in Aquarius:  (Saturn represents our life lessons and personal challenges.)  What makes him lucky… and the way he thinks… are also the same things that create his biggest life challenges.  He may be too social, too team oriented, too eccentric, too opinionated (because he's smarter than most people), or too social.  Her life challenge is being too freedom oriented.  Sagittarius is the wandering minstrel, the traveler, the eternal student, and as such, they do not need commitment.  He travels fastest who travels alone.  She has planets that beg for companionship and planets that beg for personal space.  The need for freedom is the challenge.  Deep down Libra's want committed partnership.  These two Saturns do not really clash and they do not really help each other either.  Each has to learn their life lessons without the help of the other.  Although each can understand the other person's issues.  So, that's a good thing.

Her Ascendant is in Scorpio and his is in Capricorn:  (Ascendants represent our outer personality, outer shell, the image we present to the outside world.  Descendants represent how we handle partnerships and what king of person we want to marry – if any.)  Scorpio and Capricorn is one of my favorite pairings.  Both of these people have a need to be seen as "winners" of some kind.  She has a sexual mystique about her that magnetizes people of both sexes to her.  He has a leadership aura that people (especially the lost souls) will naturally look to him for direction.  Both of these people hate to be seen as rude, "trailer park", or as any other form of "losers."  People do not realize it but Capricorn has a very high sex drive and is almost as jealous as Scorpio is when it comes to watching others flirt with their partner.  She has a double standard… it is okay for her to flirt and play, but not for her partners to do so.  He does not have that double standard and is probably more forgiving than she is about such things.

4th house residence:  (The fourth house represent our childhoods, our private lives behind closed doors, and how what atmosphere we like our residence to provide for us.)  Pisces and Taurus rule over their fourth houses.  It is in her private life behind closed doors where she allows her deepest emotions to be revealed.  Deep down these are both homebodies at heart.  They both have a great deal of hard worker and success-oriented energy in their charts.  And they both have a great deal of social energy in their charts.  However, they both like for their home to be a secret oasis.  This is good because it would be tough on them if one wanted a private oasis and the other wanted a party house.

5th house romance:  (The fifth house represent our personal pleasure, lovers, romance, and how we choose to enjoy life.)  They have Aries and Gemini in this area.  This is fire and air.  She is more fiery and passionate about her playtime activities.  He is more analytical and playful about his playtime activities.  This works okay because fire and air go beautifully together.  She feeds off of him.

7th house marriage:  (The seventh house represent our attitudes about marriage and how we handle business partnerships.)  She has Taurus (homebody) and Mars (sex drive) in this sector.  This is why she likes to work from home, likes to have a business partner to work with, and wants a very sexual marriage.  He has Cancer ruling over this sector.  There is a part of him that wants a nurturing partner, but he can also play the role of mother hen in his business and romantic partnerships as well.  These two line up okay for both kinds of partnerships.

8th house joint finances and sexuality:  (The eighth house represent our attitudes and needs regarding trust and sharing.)  He has Uranus (teamwork, Internet, and Aquarius) in his eighth house.  He also has Pluto the ruler of the eighth house (and Scorpio) in his eighth house.  These are in Virgo too.  This makes him an excellent financial person with an almost Scorpio like ability to pull money out of thin air.  (It also adds a hidden Scorpio/Virgo blend to his sex life.)  She has a very non-descript eighth house.  However, she has Pluto in Virgo too (but in the 9th house of travel) and she has two planets in Scorpio and a Scorpio Ascendant.  I also found it interesting that Scorpio rules his tenth house of professionalism and Virgo rules over hers.  This couple is very Scorpio, Capricorn, Aquarius, and Virgo oriented even though she is really a Libra.  This is an awesome combination for business and a nicely balanced one for romance.

Are you compatible?  I would say yes.  As business partners, the two of you are great together.  As romantic partners, you could really hurt him if you are not faithful to the relationship.  He has a ton of strong tough outer stuff, but inside he is a marshmallow.  You are not exactly alike, but you are compatible.  The two of you have elements and themes that line up nicely even though when we take the pieces apart and analyze them you might seem quite different.  It is the overall composite of each of you that works well with the other.  If you genuinely fall for him, then I think you could be very happy together.  However, this goes back to your own internal battle between commitment and freedom.  He is all about commitment but you are on the fence.  It wouldn't matter who you dated or married, you will always have a part of you that wants to be free and a part of you that wants to be settled down and taken care of.  I hope this helps.
